Courses for FRONTLINE STAFF are designed to develop knowledge and skills to work with the organisations clients/ service users/ patients/ residents in the health and social care settings , police and probation and emergency services, acute/general hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, supported living etc.

Training courses for STAFF WELLBEING are designed to support the organisation’s own staff, through developing knowledge and skills to manage workplace and individual mental health concerns.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING

  • Duration of our training courses:
    • 1 day (7 hours) – 3 days (21 hours)
    • 1/2 day (3-3.5 hours) or
    • Bite Size (1.5 hours)
    • please see list for the duration applicable to the course
  • The longer the duration of the training the more in-depth the content will be explored
  • All training is offered online (Teams/Zoom) or Face to Face unless recommended otherwise
  • We recommend at least 4 delegates per course booked (this ensures that the delegates get an
  • opportunity to interact in group sessions ) and a maximum of 14-16 delegates
  • For online training, please ensure each delegate has their own laptop/computer/device in order to
  • facilitate effective training. If delegates are sharing 1 screen interaction and participation is poor, and
  • the learning will be sub-optimal.
