ISO 45003:2021 Psychological health and safety at work — Guidelines for managing psychosocial risks – Auditors course

Target Audience
External providers
- Consultants who would like to provide internal audits for their clients
- ISO 45001 auditors who need to understand ISO 45003 to enhance their audit scope.

- Internal auditors to conduct informed internal ISO 45003 audits
- SHEQ managers, Occupational health managers, Risk Managers, Mental health and wellbeing managers
This course is delivered using a range of methods and resources including:
Face to Face tutor participative facilitation (whether in the classroom or online), scenarios for group discussions, polls, question and answer time, videos and end of session assessment.
A Portfolio of Evidence will be completed online and in class (with an additional week to complete) if required. This will include case studies, checklists, assessments, interviewing and evaluation of documented information.

Online training:
It is recommended that each learner has their own laptop/computer /tablet as the course is interactive.Having all the learners in one room is not conducive to participative/interactive learning. 2 learners can share one screen if they make sure that the facilitator can both see and hear them clearly.
Levels 3 to 4: the course is aimed at learners at level 3 to 4 (post A levels)

After attending this course, learners will be able to:
- Clause 1 and 2 Understand the scope, normative references and benefit of ISO 19011
- Clause 3 Be familiar with the terms and definitions of the ISO 19011
- Clause 4 Describe the principles of auditing
- Clause 5 Explain how to manage an audit programme
- Clause 6 Describe how an audit is to be conducted and participate in an interview process
- Clause 7 Understand how to determine the competence of auditors and how to evaluate this competence
